COSMETIC TATTOOING

  • Eyebrow/Lip consultations are compulsory, either in-person or via email. During the consultation, we'll discuss the cosmetic tattoo procedure and address any questions you may have.

  • A non-refundable 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment after the consultation. Please note, that this fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation or change of mind. of any kind or reason.

  • ​If you need to reschedule your cosmetic tattooing appointment we require 3 business days' notice. Your booking fee will be held as a credit for another cosmetic tattoo appointment only. This credit cannot be used for any other services in-store, products, or gift vouchers.

  • ​It's crucial to inform us of any changes in circumstances between the consultation and the appointment day that were not discussed during the consultation. Failure to provide important information may result in appointment cancellation and loss of the booking fee. The information shared during the consultation is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. However, the artist assumes no liability for false information provided, the artist assumes no liability in case of giving false information.

  • ​Cancellations for a cosmetic tattoo will occur on the loss of the booking fee. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however, due to the length reserved for the appointment we need to enforce fair standards. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

  • ​COVID-19 has certainly changed the way we do things, so please if you feel unwell you need to reschedule your appointment, the normal 48 cancellation policy still applies.

CANCELLATION/BOOKING POLICY

  • ​Any cancellations for other services (excluding cosmetic tattoos) made in less than 48 hours. will occur in a 50% cancellation fee or loss of booking fees. Please note the percentage charged is equivalent to all services you booked.

  • ​Due to the high number of no-shows and very late cancellations, if you cancel your appointment within 2 or fewer hours you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

  • ​No-shows will incur a 100% charge for the amount of your appointment.

  • ​Being late may lead to the cancellation of your entire appointment, resulting in the loss of your deposit or future charges. We strive to accommodate all clients within our busy schedules, so please notify us of any unexpected delays as soon as possible.

RETURNS POLICY FOR PRODUCTS

​We offer a 30-day return policy, beginning from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase handy.

​Sale items: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards. These purchases are considered final.

STUDIO CAPACITY

We ask that you please attend your appointment alone and refrain from bringing others, including children. This helps limit the number of people on the premises and ensures a safe environment for all clients and staff. 

 

CHILDREN & INFANTS

For occupational health and safety reasons, only the client is allowed in the procedure room, this includes children, babies and infants. We do not allow children to enter the treatment rooms or be left alone in the waiting area. If you wish to bring children to your appointment you must bring a carer to look after your child/children in our waiting area. 

CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION

When booking an appointment online or in-store, your card details will be securely stored with a third-party provider.

By making a booking with our business, you have agreed to our booking and cancellation terms and conditions. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, you authorise us to charge the full amount of the reserved appointment to your card.f we have your card saved in-store, you permit us to charge the card accordingly.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL 

We maintain the right to refuse anyone for any reason that we see fit.
