PARAMEDICAL TATTOOING & SKIN CAMOUFLAGE

Paramedical tattoo

Paramedical tattooing is a specialised advanced technique designed to address a wide range of issues, from recreating missing body parts like aureolas, fingernails, or bellybuttons, to concealing skin irregularities such as lost pigment, scars, self-harm marks, stretch marks, and surgical interventions. Using specialised skin-tone inks and vitamin serums, paramedical tattoo artists can effectively camouflage scars and create tattoos that seamlessly blend with natural skin or resemble the missing body part. This provides individuals with a solution to reduce the visibility of these imperfections and regain confidence in their appearance.

Areola Tattoo

An areola tattoo is a procedure specifically aimed at recreating or enhancing the appearance of the areola and nipple complex on the breast. This procedure is typically performed on individuals who have undergone breast reconstruction surgery following mastectomy or other breast surgeries, as well as those seeking to improve the aesthetics of their areolas for various reasons, including those who have transitioned genders. Areola tattoos are meticulously designed to match the colour, size, and texture of the natural areola, providing a realistic and natural-looking result. They can help restore symmetry, confidence, and a sense of completeness for individuals who have undergone breast procedures.

Scar Camouflage Ink/Inkless method

Scar camouflage is a specialised tattooing technique aimed at concealing scars by matching the colour and texture of the surrounding skin. This procedure is commonly used to minimise the appearance of scars resulting from surgeries, injuries, burns, or medical conditions. By carefully applying pigment to the scarred area, scar camouflage tattoos help to blend the scar tissue with the surrounding skin, making it less noticeable. This technique can significantly improve the appearance of scars.

Inkless scar camouflage involves the application of specialised serums or gels that help to soften and blend the scar tissue with the surrounding skin. These serums often contain ingredients such as silicone, hyaluronic acid, and other skin-nourishing compounds that promote skin regeneration and improve texture. The result is a smoother, more even skin surface that reduces the visibility of scars.

  • The cost of skin camouflage varies significantly based on several factors, including the complexity, size, color, and texture of the area being treated. Each case is unique, and therefore, requires a tailored treatment plan to ensure the best possible outcome. To begin the process, all clients must first have an in person consultation.

As part of the process, all clients will need a series of LED light therapy sessions to prepare the area for tattooing which is included on the price of your session.

To help you get a clearer idea of pricing, we’ve provided a guide based on the size of the area to be treated. However, please note that pricing is difficult to determine without a consultation. Once our Team has assessed your scar in person, we can confirm the final pricing and the number of sessions required.
